Latest blog entries - Eloti tV Board short lists 2,634 for Police Academy The Recruitment Board of the Nigeria Police Academy, Wudil, Kano, has short listed 2,634 applicants for 619 available slots for the Second Regular Course of the Academy’s degree programme. Those short listed were the successful candidates that took part in the entrance examination held on June 7. A statement issued on Tuesday by the Assistant Director (Press and Public Relations) of the Police Service Commission, Mr. Ferdinand Ekpe, however, did not state the total number of candidates that applied for admission. The statement said a member of the Board, Yakubu Mohammad, a retired Deputy Inspector General of Police, promised an improvement over the 2013 edition of the exercise. The Chinese government has asked Nigeria to buy into some of its policies that began some 40 years ago to enable it develop sustainably. According to the Vice Director-General, Press Bureau, State Council Information Office, Beijing, Xi Yanchun, this could be achieved through integration and mutual understanding between both nations.
