A Tennessee woman who stands accused of killing her 3-month-old son is behind bars this week on first-degree murder charges, after spending two weeks in a hospital recovering from unspecified injuries. Knoxville police confirm in statements obtained by PEOPLE that Tierra Patrice Williamson, 19, has been charged with killing Adrian Howell, Jr., her son who was born on Aug. 1. The newborn died from blunt force trauma to the head on Nov. 17, according to police. The Knoxville News Sentinel reports that court documents indicate the child had injuries to other parts of his body that may have further contributed to his death. A California man stopped last week for allegedly running a stop sign was arrested after officers allegedly found a human skull in his vehicle and he refused to answer questions about it. A statement from the Angels Camp Police Department alleges Joshua Davis, 41, would not identify himself after his car was pulled over the night of Nov. 22. According to the statement, Davis was in the front passenger seat when the car was stopped, with another person in the driver’s seat. But the arresting officer said he had observed Davis “driving the vehicle earlier” that evening. Police eventually learned his name and that his license had been suspended. A 39-year-old woman accused of intentionally driving her SUV off a cliff in Hawaii to kill her twin sister is seeking a dismissal of the murder charge she faces, PEOPLE confirms. On Tuesday, a Maui judge will consider a motion that was filed last week by the attorney representing Alexandria Duval (born Alison Dadow). PEOPLE obtained a copy of the court motion, which argues the prosecution misled the grand jury that returned an indictment against Duval. The filing alleges a detective provided incorrect testimony about what a witness to the crash had told investigators moments before the SUV plunged about 200 feet off of a cliff in Maui on May 29, 2016, killing the passenger, Anastasia Duval (born: Ann Dadow). Alexandria, the driver, suffered only minor injuries in the fatal crash. A 23-year-old Pennsylvania woman stands accused of killing her newborn baby after the woman’s father found the baby’s dead body outside in a garbage bag as he was hanging up Christmas lights, according to multiple reports. According to the Allentown Morning Call , Brittany Robinson’s father discovered the dead infant while decorating his house for the holidays. The newborn’s body was allegedly placed in a garbage bag in a crawlspace beneath a porch at the back of the Shenango home, according to the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette. Robinson allegedly told investigators she was unaware she was pregnant until after giving birth to the baby in her bathtub on Friday, reports the Post-Gazette . A motorcycle display team of the Indian Army Service Corps (ASC) created a new world record on Sunday when 58 men mounted a single 500 cc Royal Enfield motorcycle and rode it for a distance of 1200 meters as part of a display at the Air Force Station Yelahanka. The ‘Tornadoes’ broke the previous record of 56 men set in 2010 by the Army Signal Corps (Daredevils) from the Indian Army. On Sunday, the team was led by Major Bunny Sharma and the motorcycle was steered by Subedar Rampal Yadav. The team presently holds a total of 19 world and national records and was formed in 1982 under the aegis of Colonel C N Rao and Captain J P Verma. The ‘Tornadoes’ team name has ever since been synonymous with daring stunts and record-breaking feats. The team created a sensation at its first appearance at the IX Asiad in 1982 at New Delhi. A man who survived last month’s Las Vegas concert shooting that killed 58 people has reportedly died in a hit-and-run. Roy McClellan’s widow, Denise, told KSNV that her husband was killed while hitchhiking on Nov. 17. He was hit by a car in Pahrump, about 60 miles west of Las Vegas. “I’m angry. I’m angry. I feel that he was under the influence of something or drunk and didn’t want to get caught, so he bailed and left my husband laying there in the street,” Denise said. “He doesn’t deserve that.” Jason Buratczuk of the Nevada Highway Patrol confirmed to PEOPLE that a hit-and-run that resulted in the death of a man occurred at 1:33 a.m. on Nov. 17. She’s the first robot in the world to become a citizen of a country and now Sophia says she wants a baby. A month after she made history in Saudi Arabia the humanoid robot has said family is “a really important thing.” Sophia isn’t pre-programmed with answers, instead she uses machine learning and responds reading people’s expressions. Designed by Hong Kong firm Hanson Robotics she said she would name a robot daughter after herself. Her brain functions with a simple wi-fi connection and it’s loaded with a long list of vocabulary. While Sophia has some impressive capabilities, she doesn’t yet have consciousness, but David Hanson have said they expect that could happen within a few years. Cyntoia Brown, a Tennessee woman controversially serving a life sentence in prison for murdering a man who solicited her for sex when she was a teenage girl, has been struck by the support she’s received from stars like Kim Kardashian West and Rihanna. “We were very, very appreciative of the fact that such an incredible number of celebrities would join our plea,” said Brown’s attorney, Charles Bone, according to The New York Times . Glee star Naya Rivera has been charged with domestic violence against her husband. The 30-year-old, who played Santana in the TV show, was arrested at a house in Kanawha County, West Virginia, America. According to the criminal complaint, police were called for a domestic situation. Officers say they talked with Ryan Dorsey who told them his wife, Naya, had hit him him in the head and face.
